Bioveta Expands Support for Veterinary Practices! New Collaboration with a Communication and Management Expert Education and professional development have long been among Bioveta’s key priorities. A recent training session for sales representatives, held at the company’s headquarters in Ivanovice na Hané, is a clear example of this approach. The meeting focused on new ways to support veterinarians and their day to day practice.

The guest speaker was MVDr. Radek Kašpar, founder of VETART s.r.o., who has long been dedicated to communication, veterinary practice management, and the prevention of professional burnout. In his lecture, he offered a broader perspective on the veterinary profession, demonstrating that modern veterinary medicine is far more than just treating animals.

Veterinarians are often not only healthcare experts but also managers, entrepreneurs, and team leaders. On a daily basis, they handle client communication, work organization, staffing issues, and the financial management of their practices. This combination of professional and managerial demands makes the veterinary profession highly challenging. The session included practical examples as well as ways to improve the operation of practices and clinics so that they are stable, well organized, and at the same time welcoming for both clients and veterinarians.

These topics will now become part of the Banka Bioveta program. Our customers will newly be able to take advantage of VETART’s services. By expanding the program, we aim to provide veterinarians with additional practical support to help them better manage the daily operation of their practices.

We see the inclusion of this service in the Banka Bioveta program as another step in our long‑term effort to be a reliable partner for veterinarians in all aspects of their work. We believe that this form of support can help our customers better cope with the demands of modern veterinary practice, while contributing to the improved functioning of their workplaces.
