During the second May public holiday, an interactive workshop for Czech veterinarians took place once again in the Bela Krajina region in Slovenia. The participants were welcomed and guided through the program by MVDr. Martin Vodinský, Bioveta’s Sales Director for the Czech Republic.

After arrival and welcome, the participants – veterinarians – had the opportunity not only to get acquainted with the agenda for the upcoming days, but above all with new additions to our company’s product portfolio for 2026, as well as with future plans.

The renowned family estate Domačija Novak, famous for its cuisine and specializing in organic gastronomy, was chosen as a host. Its owner, Boris Novak, is a respected expert in biodynamic wines at the European level. During their stay, the participants also visited the production facility of premium salamis BIOSING, known in Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide. In addition to tastings, the program included a lecture on biodynamic and orange wines. The highlight of the gourmet experience was a tasting menu paired with local wines.

The time spent in Slovenia was used not only for relaxation, but above all for gaining new knowledge and insight into the principles of organic food production. Many thanks go to all participants who contributed to the pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay.
