On the second May holiday in Slovenia, an interactive workshop took place for Czech veterinarians, who were welcomed and hosted by MVDr. Martin Vodinský, Sales Director for the Czech Republic. After welcoming and presenting the news for 2025 and the company's vision for the future, all participants were introduced to the program for the next few days spent together in the Bela Krajina region.

As a host, we chose the culinarily renowned family homestead Domačija Novak, which specializes in organic gastronomy and, above all, the owner, Mr. Boris Novak, is an expert in the field of biodynamic wines at the European level. During their stay, the participants also visited the premium salami production plant BIOSING, known in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world. In addition to tasting, there was also a lecture on biodynamic and orange wines. The highlight of the gourmet experience was an eight-course tasting menu paired with local wines.

The time spent in Slovenia was used not only to relax, but above all to acquire new knowledge and insight into organic food production.

Based on the positive feedback, the question is whether to repeat this successful event next year.
