Bioveta in seminars focused on cow reproduction in the Russian Federation Bioveta took part in veterinary seminars in the Russian Federation dealing with reproductive problems in cows

The Regional Manager for Bulgaria and Macedonia and the Product Manager for hormonal medicinal products, MVDr. Josef Zajíc, Ph.D., set out to the Russian Federation to become the integral part of the seminars dealing with the issue of cow reproduction. These seminars are held in the local farms, and the farmers mainly endeavour to improve reproductive performance in the cows, which ultimately leads to improved economic indicators. The seminars are organized for veterinary specialists and artificial insemination specialists and are broken down into the theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical preparation consists in clarification of the neurohumoral principles of sexual function management and in use of hormonal medicinal products (Bioveta products) to influence them. Theoretical preparation is followed by the practical part, where the ultrasonographic examination of healthy and problematic cows is performed on the farm and the appropriate therapy is proposed on the spot. The practical part is then followed by evaluation and assessment of the established results and by proposal of the measures and actions to improve the reproduction indicators on a particular farm. The first two-day seminar took place on the Ecoproduct farm in the village of Bogdanovka (Samarsk region). The second seminar, which lasted three days, because there were more practical lessons, was organized on the Agro Neptun Farm, in the village of Troicki Sungur in the Ulyanov region.
