We had the honor to be present this year at the 6th edition of the Swine Day 2025 Conference, organized by the Association of Veterinarians for Pigs - AMVS (AMVSRo), on October 17–18, in Bucharest.

This year's theme, "Health Management in Pig Farms", emphasized the importance of prevention, biosecurity, and collaboration between specialists in the field of pig breeding and companies of biological products and veterinary medicines.

The event brought together veterinarians and experts in the field of pig production, promoting scientific dialogue, the exchange of experiences, and best practices for improving herd health.

Thus, the Bioveta Romania Company captured the attention of participants by showcasing the latest trends in immunoprophylaxis in pig farms, presenting concrete solutions to the problems in maternity wards caused by the occurrence of neonatal diarrhea in piglets.

DVM. Ronen Hoikhman, Ph.D., MRCVS, Product Manager, presented the most effective solution from a practical point of view, the use of the polyvalent vaccine with a unique composition, Biosuis Entero, which, by immunizing sows in the last period of gestation, manages to transmit a sufficient titer of antibodies, to reduce both the occurrence of neonatal diarrhea and the infectious pressure in the sow herd.
