Composition
Escherichia coli inactivata (F4) RP ≥ 1
Escherichia coli inactivata (F5) RP ≥ 1
Escherichia coli inactivata (F6) RP ≥ 1
Escherichia coli inactivata (F41) RP ≥ 1
Relative potency (RP) is determined in comparison of reference serum obtained from animals vaccinated with batch which complied in challenge test on target species.
Indication
For the vaccination of the pregnant gilts and sows to be performed in breeding infected or threatened with enteric coli infections. Vaccine contains adherent factors K88 (F4), K99 (F5), 987P (F6) and F41 and thermolabile enterotoxins (LT).
Piglets are protected against the illness for the period of suckling from an immunized mother.
Dosage, application and vaccination scheme
2 ml intramuscularly.
Basic vaccination: consists of 2 dosis. First dose should be applied to sows and gilts not later than 5 weeks before the expected farrowing. The second dose: 2 - 3 weeks before the expected farrowing.
Revaccination: 2 – 3 weeks before each next expected farrowing. Basic vaccination shall be again performed if the interval between two subsequent farrowings exceeds 8 months.
Piglets are not vaccinated (their protection is ensured by the colostric and lactogenic way from the immunized mother).

Store in a refrigerator (2 °C – 8 °C).

Shelf life after first opening the immediate packaging: 10 hours.
