Composition
Miconazoli nitras 23 mg
Polymyxini B sulfas 5,500 IU
Prednisoloni acetas 5 mg

Indication
Treatment of acute forms of otitis externa caused by bacteria and yeast sensitive to the active substances.
Anti-inflammatory effect on the course of wound healing.
Bactericidal effect on some gram-positive (S. intermedius, S. pseudintermedius and S. aureus) and gram-negative bacteria (Pseudomonas aeruginosa and E. coli) and yeast (Malassezia pachydermatis).
Route of administration and dosage
Administer the product into the ear canal after prior cleaning with suitable ear cleaner or after gentle removal of debris and shaving the hair. Following administration of Otimix massage the base of the ear thoroughly.
Instil 5 drops of the product into the affected ear canal. Repeat the application twice a day or every 12 hours. Apply the product for 7 days.
Continue the treatment without interruption for another 3 to 5 days until complete resolution of the clinical symptoms.
Treatment for 2-3 weeks is recommended for some persistent cases.

Store at temperatures below 25 °C.
